Yogalates with Jenny Yingling, Thursdays / 6:30 to 7:30pm The best of yoga and pilates! A fusion of the ancient discipline of yoga with the modern pilates techniques, the exercises mix both disciplines to develop core strength, help tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. yoga nidra Healing Bodies, Healing Minds with Yoga Nidra, “Yogi Sleep” on Tuesday evenings, 7:45 to 8:45pm If you haven’t been to a Yoga Nidra class this is a must! An essential way to rejuvenate your mind and body.  All traces of the day fade away, time stops, and stillness washes over you. This is Yoga Nidra! Class description

Healing Bodies, Healing Minds Release Yoga on Sundays at 5:30 to 6:45pm Based on the TRE or Trauma Release Exercises developed by David Berceli, PhD, this class helps you to retrain your body to energetically release the little and big traumas of life held in our muscles.  Class description

Free Yoga classes for the Veterans of our armed services. In support of the United States military and its veterans, we offer all of our scheduled yoga classes at no charge. Thank you for all that you do for our country!
